    Justin (Tokimitsu) Nozuka est un chanteur, auteur et compositeur canadien né le 29 Septembre 1988 à New York d'une mère américaine et d'un père japonnais.
    A l'âge de 8 ans, il quitte New York avec sa mère et ses 6 frères et soeurs pour s'installer à Toronto. A 12 ans, Justin fait partie d'un groupe de R&B avec son frère George. Un an plus tard, il commence à écrire ses premiers textes. A 14 ans, il apprend à jouer de la guitare avec des amis mexicains. Il intègre par la suite l'Etobicoke School of Arts, où il développe les arts du chant, de la danse et du théâtre. Il en sort en 2007 et se lance à temps plein dans la musique.
